- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size and type of furniture, fabric condition, level of soiling, stains, odors, and any special treatment required. Photos help me provide a more accurate estimate. Discounts may be available when multiple furniture pieces are cleaned during the same appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask for photos and basic information about the furniture, fabric, stains, odors, and overall condition. Based on that, I provide a preliminary estimate. On arrival, I inspect the item again, confirm the price, choose the appropriate cleaning method, perform pre-treatment and deep extraction cleaning, and finish with deodorizing and drying when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed professional training in upholstery and carpet cleaning that covered fabric identification, pre-treatment, stain removal, hot water extraction, chemical selection, odor treatment, and drying techniques. I also continue learning and improving my process through hands-on experience.
