My front deck was suffering from termite damage and terminal dry rot. I knew it needed to be replaced but really had no clear idea of what I wanted or what needed to be done. I also had termite damage to a garage door frame and needed a new screen door installed. John took a good look at everything, and gave me an estimate for materials and labor for each project. John removed my entire deck and breezeway and rebuilt them from the ground up. At the last moment, I realized that I didn't want railings put all the way around, but I wasn't sure what to do instead. After a quick look at some ideas that I had found online, John incorporated a bench along the length of the deck. I also decided that I wanted something a bit different from the standard railings, so John came up with a design that fit perfectly. I really appreciated his patience, and willingness to accommodate my changing ideas. The new deck completely exceeded my expectations. John's workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. In addition, he is a genuinely nice person and it was a pleasure to have him here.
