- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am involved with continuing education through my certification as a personal trainer. It is required to keep my credential and I know it assist my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have overcome personal challenges mentally and physically through exercise and feel that I can help others achieve. Having learned that I can feel better through exercise motivated me to choose personal training as an occupation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Sharing your goals and what drives you would be a plus
