FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. After my admission, I worked at a high volume, full service immigration law firm representing hundreds of clients in deportation proceedings, family petitions, and business immigration matters. I opened my own practice in 2018 and continue to solely practice immigration law.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently stopped a client’s automatic deportation under Title 42, successfully advocated for our client to be allowed in the U.S., released from custody WITHOUT bond, and WITHOUT a GPS ankle monitor and be given an opportunity to apply for asylum.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to hire someone who is truly dedicated to the practice of immigration law. The law is constantly changing, and many practitioners find it difficult to keep up. My advice is to hire someone who solely focuses in this area.
