Miguel gave me a custom designed new master bath in two weeks. He and his crew worked tirelessly, often into the early evening, to create a master bath incorporating a walk-in tub with a separate detached shower. This required extensive plumbing, hot mopping and water proofing as well as tile setting on the walls and on the floor. Then end result is spectacular and very high-end. I had four estimates from major players in the bath remodeling industry but they were all salesmen with a similar formula designed to extract as much cash as possible from the homeowner while delivering as little as possible in the way of quality materials. With Miguel at Tile Crafter I was able to purchase all the quality materials myself and had them delivered. While the previously mentioned salesmen did offer two or three options on quality they significantly overpriced the cost of materials. Purchasing my own materials brought my total costs down to their price for the lowest quality option and this saved me about 50% their high end option.

Miguel responded quickly to my request, arrived as promised, discussed the job, and did nice job. It was a relativly small tile job and he completed it in about 4 hours. No muss, no fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him
