We had a plumbing disaster that left part of our bathroom in rough shape, and once the pipes were repaired, we needed tile work done quickly to get things back to normal. This team was incredibly responsive. They got back to me right away and were able to fit us into their schedule immediately, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
What really stood out was their attention to detail. Instead of pushing for a full re-tile, they worked with me to carefully match the grout so the repaired area blended seamlessly with the rest of the bathroom.
They were fast, professional, and polite throughout the entire process. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing tile work, especially in a time-sensitive situation.

Miguel gave me a custom designed new master bath in two weeks. He and his crew worked tirelessly, often into the early evening, to create a master bath incorporating a walk-in tub with a separate detached shower. This required extensive plumbing, hot mopping and water proofing as well as tile setting on the walls and on the floor. Then end result is spectacular and very high-end. I had four estimates from major players in the bath remodeling industry but they were all salesmen with a similar formula designed to extract as much cash as possible from the homeowner while delivering as little as possible in the way of quality materials. With Miguel at Tile Crafter I was able to purchase all the quality materials myself and had them delivered. While the previously mentioned salesmen did offer two or three options on quality they significantly overpriced the cost of materials. Purchasing my own materials brought my total costs down to their price for the lowest quality option and this saved me about 50% their high end option.

Miguel did a beautiful job on our outdoor patio tile project - it was a large project (over 1100 SF) and he and team knocked it out in less than a week, even working through a rainy weekend to get it done. The angle cuts and fits for a less than straightforward area were amazing and done beautifully. He also finished the edges with bevel cuts that saved me from buying additional trim. Just all around professional and a true tile craftsman :-)
