- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?It is important to feel comfortable with the provider you hire. This person would ideally be someone who has a warm and friendly character, and who truly does seem to love working with children. It's important that you are fully aware of all the details regarding the daycare program, and so don't be afraid to ask questions, and make sure to read your contracts thoroughly.
