Thank you very much Andy!
Karen is an excellent massage therapist. She did 4 consecutive massages, adjusting pressure as required. Will definitely hire Karen againNov 25, 2017VerifiedLanguage of Touch; Massage Therapy by Karen Kelley's reply
Thank you so much Gail. It was a true pleasure working on You and Your Husband, as well as your two other friends. Looking forward until your next holiday here next year in the states to help get out that golfers soreness. Thank you. Sincerely, Karen Kelley.
Karen was an excellent massage therapist. We hired her for a spa party we hosted and everyone who worked with her was in love. Thank you, Karen.Aug 11, 2017VerifiedLanguage of Touch; Massage Therapy by Karen Kelley's reply
Thank you. I love doing Massage Parties. Glad I was able to make everyone happy. Karen
Karen's deep tissue massage was very relieving on my tight and spasmed muscles. I sustained soft tissue injuries along my spine and in my right leg in a car accident exactly a year and a day ago. She was able to detect the areas that needed attention as she worked the entire body. Her technique shows she is highly skilled and experienced. She has the strength to apply the exact pressure I need to release the tension in my muscles. She was very professional and courteous. She is also very accommodating with scheduling. I highly recommend Karen for her deep tissue massage therapy and would be happy to be a regular client.Sep 7, 2017Language of Touch; Massage Therapy by Karen Kelley's reply
Thank you so much! I look forward to your next appointment on Wednesday. That was an intense 2 hour and 15 min. masssage!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to keep pricing as affordadable as possible. Even to my loss. If you don't have much, I will downside my prices. I do like to charge $85.00 for a massage. esp. if I come to you...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I explain what I do, make them feel very comfortable, and always tell them to let me know if they need more or less pressure at any point in the massage. I want them to enjoy their session and not feel bad to ask for something different. The body is so complicated, maybe you like lots of pressure on your back, but not your calves or neck. You never know the first time massaging someone.I am very careful to give the client his/her privacy upon getting on and off the table. I will leave the room. And I am very careful how I drape the sheets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was Certified as a Massage Therapist a few years back through Mueller College, School of Massage. Since then I make a habit of taking continued education, and I get massages. You can leave a LOT from a massage. What feels good and what does not.
