My hands have become so trained and sensitive to the body's needs, that I am able to feel your painful spots and give those areas extra special attention, before you even ask. I feel it is vital to give each client a very complete and "detailed" massage. My goal is to give you the very best individualized and comprehensive massage ever. I am a profectioist. Please look at my reviews! If you need a DeepTissue -Sports Massage - This is my Forte or Specialty! I am able to give you as much pressure as you desire, I also do "Cupping" work. And have purchased a Deep Tissue Vibrational Massager if you so desire these extra additions. I also am versed in Gua Sha scrapping. If unfamiliar please look up on UTube before requesting. Swedish Massage is another malady which I excel in. The amount of pressure used is your choice, my massaging techniques will give you ultimate relief from your "Physical" Pain and Tension, as well as your "Mental" Fatigue, and Depression. I have worked with many doctors and have received a wide variety of training for most medical conditions - i.e. Sciatica Pain, Chronic Back Pain, Neck Pain Etc. I encorporate Myofascial Release as well. And if pregnant no worries! I have a truely comphy attachment to my table so you can actually lay on your stomach! I come to you with table, sheets, oils, lotion and music. Or if you prefer you can come to me. I live in La Mesa. I give you the massage that YOU want! If truely unhappy which in my many humble years as a Masseuse has not occured I will give you a 50% refund.
