Important Details 2-hour minimum per job Focus on quality, organization, and damage prevention I take pride in making your move or transition smoother, less stressful, and well-organized from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Details We start with a quick conversation where I learn about your move within the same building—whether you're relocating to another unit, floor, or reorganizing your space. I’ll ask about the size of your home (up to 2 bedrooms) and any items that may need extra care. 2. Transparent Expectations I clearly go over my 2-hour minimum, scope of work, and answer any questions so there are no surprises. My goal is to make sure we’re fully aligned before the job begins. 3. Preparation & Planning I plan the most efficient way to move your items within the building, taking into account elevators, stairs, hallways, and building rules. With my packing experience, I also make sure items are properly protected during transport. 4. Service Day Execution I arrive on time and ready to work. I carefully move your belongings from one unit to another, keeping everything organized, protected, and efficient throughout the process. 5. Final Walkthrough Before finishing, I make sure everything is placed exactly where you want it in your new space and that nothing is missed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 4 years of hands-on experience in the moving industry, working directly with a professional moving company on Thumbtack. During that time, I worked closely with clients on packing, unpacking, and local moves, building a strong foundation in efficient and careful service. As my former business partner transitions out of the industry, I am now independently taking on my own clients, continuing the same level of professionalism and care. In addition to moving experience, I have a background in packing and shipping logistics, including: Handling and securing fragile and high-value items Using proper packing techniques for transport and shipping Understanding how to prepare items for safe delivery, storage, or relocation
