Introduction: I can produce a rendering, a painting or design an interior space. Educated as an Interior Architectural Designer I immediately got started working for Design firms in both Irvine,San Francisco and surrounding areas. After fifteen years I started my own company "Art by Design" and implemented my art skills along with my design background. I am able to draw conceptual renderings along with detailed space planning and working drawings.All clients vary in their desires and I am very flexible to fit those needs and implement whatever the clients visualizes. As it is very important to me obtain quality service I will never end a project until the client is absolutely "loving" the end result. I have produced fine art to match interior surroundings, Renderings for special events ( Maps, Chili cook-offs, etc... over 500 drawings in the last 20 years) Wall Murals, Published gag cartoons, greeting cards, logos etc. Working efficiently I get the job done quickly and correctly. I enjoy the work I do as it is always a new and challenging project. I can utilize my design background and experience with my mixed-media artistic abilities. I love to work with people to help them create what's in their imagination...and budget!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes-I am hourly at the rate of $50. Per hour -depending on the particular project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions via first phone conversation. If the job is something that fits into my area of expertise, timing and price I will meet with them and write up an estimate for the project. If we both agree to the terms I require a small deposit, sign the contract and get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Four years of school in the design and art field along with 30 years of experience in both professional interior design and professional artwork.
