Travis combines button down personality with buttoned up professionalism. Although we just wanted a computer tuneup for sluggish computers, he discovered that the whole house was wired. So he coupled cables so that we could bypass the wifi and direct wire computers in different room to the internet, increasing speed and bypassing any wifi down spots. Thumbtack at its best. The HiFiWiFi Guy is a great ambassador for the service.

This guy is the real deal. Super professional, friendly, responsive, and all around willing to go above and beyond. He set up the sound for my wedding ceremony and then quickly relocated all equipment to the venue and and had the music playing and party going. I can not rave enough about the quickness and efficiency. He had mics set up for performers and could balance the sound and worked with everyone well.
This was a great success and a wonderful wedding was had!
