This is my full time commitment. I opened the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Coast in the Banquet department servicing high end weddings and dinner parties. My service is very refined, delivering a 5 start 5 diamond experience. Your guests will be impressed with my beautifully garnished and amazing tasting drinks. I make a custom menu for each party. After we decide on the menu, I will make a list for you of all the juice/mixers you will need for the party. I will pick up the garnsihes and prepare them at home including freshly squeezed lime. Preparing and picking them up is very time consuming and will help with the undeniable success I will bring to your party. I add the cost of the garnishes to your tab. I have a 5 piece bar setup that I can bring for $100 rental fee, cocktail tables for rental and small amounts of glassware. Understanding the extensive amount of preparation for your event, I will always be available via text or phone call to exchange ideas, offer suggestions and finalize details.
