- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair base on the scope of work I price it out, I offer discounts for active military, seniors, VA, single moms, single dads, If you need discount to do the job ask me if I can I’ll try help. My goal Is to provide service with best quality and best value to client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I want to learn what the client want, then I figure out what he need. I build a plan base on that meeting I gather a lot of information to get the client the best plan. Then I estimate it once client agrees I make plans as needed and pull Permit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 20 years in business, and own this company for 10 years now.
