Each designer brings a unique eye. I have focused on two major areas of design and construction: (1) Air BnB/Vacation homes; (2) New construction of planned communities with model home staging and custom homes. I am concerned about sustainability, emotional connection and budgeting. You'll be able to see some photos of my work here. Keep in mind, your project will not look like these as you are unique. My goal is to bring your vision to life- whether that means no demo design, space-planning with existing furnishings, or a full transformation from top to bottom. You set the budget and the time-line and together we create the magic! Once your design is complete, I also manage Air BnB rentals. I started doing this 16 years ago with my family home as my son went to college and I was an empty nester. Word of mouth has brought me many friends and family homes to design, market and manage. I am ready for your design challenge! I have been able to merge my years studying at UCLA and FIDM, many more years working for top Los Angeles developers with now taking on local projects for home-owners and investors in Orange County.
