Introduction: My approach is eclectic. I believe that every individual learns in their own way, especially when it comes to personal growth and inner awareness. We need as many tools as we can get so we have what we need to address any issues. I teach all different styles of meditation and my coaches training integrates this practice for "inner inquiry", so we can learn to lean on our own innate wisdom to find the answers we seek. I am always deeply touched and honored when people come to me during a crisis and find some relief. People always ask me if my job is draining, but on the contrary I am filled with energy and hope each day because of the vulnerability and willingness of my clients to find peace, happiness and the change they seek.

It's very straightforward. I have an hourly rate and a series rate, all are on my website and scheduling system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes constantly. I love to learn and grow. This is what feeds the work I do and what I have to offer, so I think of life as a continuous learning process!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I suffered from chronic illness and then a devastating divorce and both coaching and meditation truly saved my life. I live a richer, happier, healthier, more balanced life now and am free from so many of the emotional and psychological burdens that I carried from a very young age.
