Crest & Co. came out same day to look at our Wolf range. The technician was on time, wore shoe covers, and diagnosed the issue in about 15 minutes. The $150 diagnostic fee was applied to the repair, which I appreciated. He had the part on his van and had everything running perfectly within an hour. I have already recommended him to our property manager for the other homes we oversee. Will absolutely call again for our Sub-Zero or Miele appliances.
