What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Psychic Reading: $2 per minute with a minimum of 15 minutes ---- Energy Healing Sessions: $130 per hour ---- Pet Energy Healing Work and Reading: $95 in office and $150 in home service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers who are in need of my healing services, I offer a 15 minutes free consultation over the phone to assess the client's needs and schedule an appointment. This also allows the client to ask questions and feel comfortable. Our first session is usually 90 minutes. Session after are 60 minutes long depending on the need of the individual. With new customers in need of a psychic reader, we just set up a time through text or email for their reading.
