- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no surprises. Before any work begins, we clearly explain your options and provide transparent pricing so you can make the best decision for your home and budget. We regularly offer seasonal promotions, preventative maintenance specials, financing options for qualified customers, and discounts on select system upgrades. We also provide free estimates for many replacement and installation projects, along with free second opinions if you’ve already received another diagnosis or quote. Our focus is delivering long-term value through quality workmanship, proper installation practices, and solutions done right the first time — not cutting corners to be the cheapest option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with listening. We take the time to understand the customer’s concerns, comfort issues, goals, and budget before recommending anything. From there, we perform a thorough inspection or diagnostic to identify the root cause of the issue — not just the symptom. We then explain our findings clearly and provide honest recommendations with upfront pricing and options so the customer can make an informed decision. Once approved, our team completes the work to the Hana Hou standard with attention to detail, cleanliness, communication, and craftsmanship throughout the entire process. Before we leave, we test the system, review everything with the customer, and make sure they are completely satisfied with the final result. Our goal is to build long-term relationships through trust, quality work, and 5-star service every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines decades of real-world field experience with ongoing technical training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, system design, diagnostics, airflow, indoor air quality, and high-efficiency equipment. We stay current with California code requirements, safety standards, modern inverter technology, heat pump systems, and manufacturer installation best practices to ensure every project is completed properly and safely. In addition to hands-on technical expertise, our leadership background includes building and operating large-scale home service companies with a strong focus on customer experience, quality control, team development, and operational excellence.
