What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My most popular package is a 2-hour studio shoot in Orange County that includes hairstyling and makeup and 10 professionally retouched selects from the shoot. Plus, clients get a copy of all the RAW/JPG images captured and are able to have multiple wardrobe changes during the shoot. This package costs $500
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak with my clients first to better understand their needs before we schedule a shoot. Also, I like to have clients show me some examples of photos they like so I can get a feel for their stylish and preferences
