- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the nature of my business the pricing for my services varies and is custom built for each job I quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I start with a free initial consultation call or coffee meeting. From there I'll put together a detailed quote of what I recommend (marketing planning, list of tactics to create and implement, etc.) and then present the proposal over a call or at a meeting. If we agree on the price and terms we'll start working on the project per the contract start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Communications Public Relations and an MBA. In addition to my formal training in marketing and communications I have more than 13 years of experience working at agencies throughout Southern California to help clients across the US grow their businesses and gain more customers. Some highlights of my career include: - Having a PR plan included in a college textbook as a solid example of what a PR plan should be. - Representing a Fortune 500 Company to media outlets across the US - Creating community outreach groups for land use projects, achieving approval for a variety of developments - Extensive experience working with media reporters in markets across the US.
