- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $500 minimum. Otherwise I charge a per person rate. No other fees of any kind. My 4 course plated dinners typically range from $110-$175. That price would increase if a server is needed or if the food is expensive ie wagyu, crab legs, whole lobsters, things like that, or if more courses are added.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After restaurants closed again in December of 2020 because of Covid, I decided to pursue my own venture and I started Whisks & Knives.
