Sessions are 1 hour. I recommend a minimum of twice a week. 3-4 is optimal! I can provide workouts to do on your own outside of sessions with me.

I'll do a trial session to see if we are a good match, before booking out long term :)

15 years of experience in Pilates, 8 in personal training, 3 years of anatomy.
