Introduction

The Lady by the Lake Catering Co. is a newly established catering company in Lake Arrowhead California. My name is Camille Alfaro, I am the owner and founder of Lady by the Lake. In 2005 my mother, an amazing chef from the Orange County School of Culinary Arts, opened Ivy Birch Catering Co. My mother taught me how to cook, serve, and run a business, now I have decided to start something new. We offer all catering services including; buffet, table service, drop off, and food stations. We also offer bartending services for weddings and other events. I have been a Lake Arrowhead local for 22 years, I draw inspiration from my community and the beautiful place I call home.

Camille orchestrated the perfect dining experience for our intimate 50-person wedding in Lake Arrowhead. Pricing varies on number of guests, menu selections, and the service selected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After connecting with a customer I request a number of guests, food allergies, preferences etc. I typically put together several menus based on what the client asks for. After the client chooses a menu, service, bar service etc. I put together a contract. 30% is due at the time of signing.

15 Years in restaurant industry ROP Culinary Arts and Restaurant Occupations 12 Years bartending High scale cooking- Camps, weddings etc.
