Vanessa was a great asset to have when I started my STR on AirBnB in 2017. She doubled as my Co-host and as my cleaner/housekeeper for many years. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. It was nice to have the piece of mind, knowing she’d be at the property ready to work, rain or shine, or in my case, snow or shine! I strongly believe that she is the main reason that my property reviews and rankings were so great! All of our guests would rave about the cleanliness. Their post stay reviews are proof!
