I love this place! Im a FTR and this is my second time going through an agency. The last place was about 19 years ago and it wasnt a great experience so I had been renting from the landlord directly.At APR, Everyone in the office is always friendly, professional and respectful, they greet me by meme when I walk in. There are multiple ways to pay your rent. Theyre typically quick to respond when/if I need to contact them regarding an issue with the property (which is almost never). I have recommended APR to friends who are looking for long term rentals. I appreciate that they allowed us an hour to look at the property with our family by ourselves, we didnt feel like they were trying to hide anything from us by following us around and redirecting us elsewhere. I cant express enough how great this place is and how amazing the people are!!

This rental agency has been in Lake Arrowhead for almost 4 decades and understands the mountain community. We used them to house my in-laws for our wedding and they were so easy to work with. Reasonable prices, no hidden fees and easily accessible. I wouldnt rent a property from anyone else in Lake Arrowhead.
