- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our services are included in our set rate. There are no additional fees that you will see in the future. Our monthly management fees are 8% of the monthly rent ($100 minimum). There is a one time fee of 6% when a tenant is placed in the property. Again all our services are included in this pricing.

We manage properties from Single Family Residences to Multi-Family Properties.
