- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to offer professional skincare services at an affordable price. Our waxing and facial services range from $10 - $100. I offer an Introductory SkinEssence Classic 65 minute Facial Special for $59 and an Introductory Brow Wax Special at $12 to new clients. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial phone conversation to determine the type of service a client is requesting. After answering any questions and concerns about the service an appointment is scheduled. At the first appointment a client fills out a skincare consultation card. Then we spend some time going over that info, getting to know you and your specific skincare needs and concerns in more detail. That allows us to customize the appropriate treatment for each individual client. At SkinEssence our ultimate goal is to work together to assist you in establishing a life-long commitment to healthy, radiant skin. We can help you achieve this by developing a results-oriented plan that combines both a professional and home care regimen that fits your current lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was fortunate enough to be educated at the renowned Paul Mitchell Skin Academy. Since graduating and becoming licensed I have remained committed to post-grad education. Continuing education is imperative in acquiring new skills and knowledge that I can offer my clients. I have over 100 hours in post-grad classes that include Aging/Menopausal Skin, Advanced Facial Massage, Treating Sun Damaged Skin, Successful Acne Treatments, Chinese Diagnosis and more.
