We have had ongoing issues with humidity and are currently in the process of having mold remediated and Flood Pro has been amazing with prompt scheduling, helpful experts who took the time to explain to me what was going on and why. I highly recommend this company!

Flood Pro did a great job for us. We had a major slab leak that essentially flooded the entire downstairs of our condo. We had to remove the kitchen cabinetry, basically all of the downstairs flooring, toilet and vanity from the downstairs powder room and the walls had to be opened up and dried out. What a mess! Our homeowners association had picked Flood Pro’s to do the remediation, but it was up to us who we were going with to put everything back together. We elected to stay with Flood Pros for the rebuilding and I am glad we did. All of the people we encountered, Matt, Paul, Allison, and others were very professional and kind and deserve shout outs! Vince and his team that did much of the renovations were wonderful as well. Hopefully we will not need their services anytime soon… But if we did, I would choose Flood Pro’s again!

I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible! Flood Pro was amazing from start to finish. Communication was spot on. They finished flooring in two bedrooms and a bathroom remodel due to a leak in record time! Flood Pro was very accommodating to our families work schedule which helped take the stress out on my end. Big shout out to Paul, Chuck, Matt, Vince and all the guys. Definitely recommend them.

Unbelievable professionalism from the day they came and see the damage to the the final walk thru. Their work is craftsman like with amazing attention to detail. They finished 1 week ahead of schedule. We felt confident and safe in their hands throughout slab leak restoration. Really quality people.
