We have both consulting packages and "done for you" packages. They are custom for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe all relationships start with a conversation. We start by asking a ton of questions to get clear about what is happening for a client right now. Then we walk the company through our 7 step Social Media process. Each step builds on the next and allows a company to quickly uncover hidden gems and build a structure to leverage what they already have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyday is a learning opportunity. We regularly collaborate with some of the top bloggers, SEO experts, Google experts, Internet Marketing gurus and top business consultants to make sure we are using best practices. Personally I have worked with Dot Com companies, Fortune 100 companies and thousands of small companies. Consistently, we are able to produce results that make a difference. Having always played big and failed several times has taught me PRICELESS skills. Failing is a way of figuring things out. Once you get the lesson from the failure you can use it for your benefit and succeed. We have a motto that says "Never ever give up" and "Whatever it takes as long as it is legal, ethical and worthy"
