Dan has been taking care of my pool for five years; this last year+ as owner/operator of Ogre Dan’s Pool service. I would’ve chosen all categories if possible! Dan and Aaron are incredibly professional, personable, knowledgeable, respectful, and incredibly capable pool guys. They are always on top of things, whether it be weekly maintenance and how it changes by the season, handling small and large repairs, finding and promptly recommending ways to save us money on our maintenance and/or energy bill, products or parts needed, and the like. They also utilize software that provides email updates after each service with pictures and notes on what was done making it easy to stay in the know and also track the history of the pool/equipment. Dan and Aaron simply always go the extra mile for their clients. And they love animals and are loved by our dogs and cats and I imagine all their clients’ pets. On top of all that, they are just great people overall that you trust to do right by your pool/equipment, your property, and by you. For myself, they’ve even become family friends! I’ve never worked with a company who takes better care of my pool, me as a client, or my wallet and I can’t imagine I ever will!
