- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Superior Tree Service always strives to be as competitive as possible. We also have a deep appreciation for our military and civil servants and do offer discounts to current and former members of our armed forces and police/fire community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Superior Tree Service believes that a in person quote is always the best way to form a good relationship between the company and customer. Some contractors will ask to have the customers just send pictures of the project. We believe that tactic to be very impersonal and just lazy. The only way to gain trust in the company is to meet face to face to be able to feel everyone out
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Superior tree service brings over 20 years of experience to the job. Not only are we licensed but we bring many years of field training to the job.
