Water Feature Repair and Maintenance

Mark was tremendous to work with. He communicated extremely well initially through Thumbtack, and then through texts and calls (with our permission). He was punctual, thorough, and trustworthy. He asked good questions to determine our wants and needs as it related to our pond, and then provided thoughtful guidance based on his decades of experience in this field. He also didn't try to upsell us or convince us we needed products and services that we didn't really need. In fact, he offered us a kind of tiered solution approach, installing a product that he designed personally, with the option to add another in the future if needed. Mark also went above and beyond in helping to decorate our pond, sourcing plants from a nearby seller and even picking them up an installing them himself. I can't recommend Mark enough, and will absolutely use him in the future for all my pond-related needs.

Water Feature Repair and Maintenance

Mark analyzed my pond and waterfall for potential leaks, and the need for a filter system and a better chlorine and pH control program. He was able to start and complete his work within two days from the initial consult, cleaning out the pond and stream, sealing some cracks, and hooking up a filter. He also explained maintenance and chemical testing and control of the water, and included a test kit. I'm sure this will greatly improve the quality of the water in the stream and pond. I've been very happy with his work.

Fixed my outdoor water fountain. On time, great attitude, good value at a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

Water Feature Repair and Maintenance

We needed to have the cracks in a 40 year old 1500 gallon concrete koi pond repaired and also have the pond made deeper. We needed the job done very speedily as the pond was losing water fast and putting our fish at real risk. Mark and his assistant came promptly to inspect, gave us a very good quote and was able to quickly schedule the work on a date to suit us. They came on time and did the work efficiently, carefully and to our complete satisfaction. The disturbance to the koi was minimal. The pond is no longer leaking and looks 100% better with the walls increased in height. I would definitely use Mark again anytime for pond work with complete confidence. Craig in Valley Center

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was introduced to Saltwater and Reef keeping back in 1986. I had been a freshwater hobbyists before that since I was 5 yrs old with my first Goldfish tank. Once I was introduced to the pond hobby in the late 80's that was it I was hooked!
