We own a rental property that was recently vacated by a long term tenant. Several of our windows were in very bad condition. Santi did a great job cleaning the windows, doing minor repairs and replacing worn screens. He also has ordered a replacement screen for our slider. Before he worked his magic, we were concerned we’d have to invest in replacement windows. Now that expense is deferred. Santi’s prices are very reasonable. He was punctual and didn’t rush the job. We’re hiring him again to power wash our patio.
