Our Renew Restoration experience was a very good one. Junior was the young man who started the process of drying our bedroom where a water leak was found. Junior explained what the drying process would entail and he send an excellent report to our insurance. During the drying period, Junior and Marco came everyday to make sure the drying process was working. Junior and Marco were very courteous and professional. I would recommend Renew Restoration to my friends.

Eric from the Renew Restoration Company and his subcontractors provided outstanding mold removal service, drywall repair, painting, tile replacement, and plumbing in my home. Junior and his crew expertly detached the water heater, set up containment and negative air, removed the damaged drywall and water heater stand, sanded and cleaned affected lumber, HEPA vacuumed, and wiped surfaces with anti-microbial. Further, Eric, his contractors, and Lilly (the office manager) provided outstanding customer service, support, and professionalism during the entire process. Junior, the mold remediation contractor, displayed superb communication skills, responsiveness, courtesy, and punctuality. His knowledge, expertise, and understanding of the mold issue and the effectiveness of their removal methods were superior. He expertly applied safety procedures and containment measures to prevent cross-containment. Pedro, Arturo, and Marlon’s repair work completed in the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet was above reproach. They installed new drywall and applied seal and texture, replaced all removed baseboards, and painted all walls and ceilings. Further, their work in the garage was just as impressive. They repaired drywall and applied texture, installed R19 insulation in the ceiling and walls where needed, sealed and painted damaged walls and ceiling. Josh and his crew installed tile in the powder room and toilet room. They did a superb job. Jason of Jason Manning Plumbing is a master plumber, very professional, and I highly recommend him. He installed a hot water heater and a toilet. Jason takes great pride in his work and doesn’t quit until it is done right. All the work and the results exceeded my expectations and resulted in a very positive experience for me. I highly recommend Eric, his subcontractors, and the Renew Restoration Company to others.

Marco and his son did an excellent job found the water leak, I had called a plumber he fix the problem no more water leak. Renew Restoration is the most reliable company out there.
