- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, there are too many variables in flooring. So while we do have sq.ft. and sq.yd prices and prices for particular services it is misleading to give an over the phone quote
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to the home with some prior knowledge of customers flooring needs. Then we discuss the products . I will at that time explain the installation process and their desires and design requirements .I explain my services and offer alternative products if customer is unsure or product unsuitable for the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering and design background . My father was a contractor and I learned the trade from him and his partners. I also attended hardwood schools and a number of training classes.. I enjoy learning about new products.
