Jean Carlo was extremely respectful and professional. Unfortunately, the piece we ordered for assembly had many cracks and we didn't proceed with the project, but Jean was very professional. Cleaned up everything, was very careful and was meticulous to show me all the damage.
When I paid him for the trouble I accidentally paid twice and he immediately returned one of the payments.
I will definitely bring him back for the final job.

This was a wonderful experience. I had eleven pieces of furniture that needed to be assembled. They were large heavy pieces. The work was done effectively, accurately, and all with such a friendly and helpful demeanor. Above and beyond assembly, he helped us place the furniture and anchor it to our walls, removed all trash. We were extremely pleased and thankful. I would highly recommended. Excellent service overall! Thank you.
Really happy with the work they did on building the murphy bed. They were friendly, reasonable in price, and fairly easy to get scheduled. They also worked efficiently and were helpful in explaining options (I.e what’s the best wall and why, how it would be configured, etc.). I love it how turned out! We would definitely use Jean Carlo again for other projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I answer a request and invite the customer to contact me to iron out any questions. Then we decide on a convenient time for both of us and I always confirm our appointment the day before. I also call the client when I'm heading their way.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Assembly of an all steel outdoor gazebo myself. Outdoor project on a beautiful day--completed job in under 5 hours.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Some advice would be to not hesitate to ask any question, to constantly communicate and to not leave any doubts or concerns. Communication is the key.And think first and foremost that reading their reviews is critical. Ask yourself if they seem like you would trust. And remember, price isn't the only qualification.
