- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“Our pricing is based on the size, condition, and specific cleaning needs of your home, so listed prices are starting rates. Deep cleanings start at $275, and move-out, new construction, commercial, and specialty services are priced according to the scope of work. Additional services such as oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, inside cabinets, windows, blinds, laundry, and pet hair removal may have an additional fee. ✨ We’re also proud to offer a 10% discount to seniors, military members, and medical/healthcare professionals as our little way of saying thank you! At Bright & Shine LLC, we believe in fair, transparent pricing—no funny business, just good old-fashioned service and a home that sparkles!”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“From the very first hello, we like to keep things simple, friendly, and as dependable as good old-fashioned service should be! ✨ We’ll start by learning about your home, the type of cleaning you need, and any areas that deserve a little extra elbow grease. We’ll go over the details, provide clear pricing, and make sure we’re all on the same page before cleaning day. When it’s time to roll up our sleeves, Bright & Shine LLC arrives ready to work our magic! 🫧 We follow a detailed cleaning checklist, treat your home with care and respect, and don’t cut corners—we clean them! Before we call the job finished, we make sure everything is up to our standards and, most importantly, yours. Our goal is simple: good old-fashioned service, a sparkling clean home, and a customer who can’t wait to have us back! 💕”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“My training started long before Bright & Shine LLC ever had a name. I’m 49 years old, a proud mother of three grown children and grandmother of two, and I was fortunate to be part of the last generation in my family to learn those good old-fashioned housekeeping skills directly from my great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother. They taught me that a truly clean home isn’t just about what you can see—it’s the corners, baseboards, little details, and finishing touches that make a home feel cared for. Those lessons have stayed with me my entire life and are at the heart of how we clean today. I also bring 30 years of customer-service experience from working with people across the USA, which taught me the importance of reliability, communication, respect, and treating every customer the way I’d want my own family treated. My business partner brings her own strong Mexican heritage and traditions of caring for the home, along with an incredible eye for detail. Together, we blend generations of knowledge, different family traditions, plenty of elbow grease, and a whole lot of pride in a job well done. At Bright & Shine LLC, we may use modern products and equipment, but our philosophy is delightfully old-fashioned: do the job right, treat people kindly, and never cut corners—we clean them! ✨🫧”
