These guys are so good at what they do. They are fair on prices and will work with you on prices. They are fast, friendly and reliable. I would call them every time no doubt about that!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable and are open for negotiations. When price is agreed upon there is a written contract. Also if job is reoccurring than we can talk about discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know what the customer expects/wants from us and to let them know that we have their best interests, we are always fair and friendly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have estimated 4-5years experience from Residential to Commercialized buildings.
