What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do travel out of town and even out of state for a small travel fee. On occasions where it is a weekend event there will also be a hotel and meal expense added to the total.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Though I usually set a price it isn't necessarily written in stone. And the more you are a returning customer, the more discount or freebies you can get. Also for every recommendation given that leads to a hire the more future discounts added to your account.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started shooting at the age of 12. I got my 1st job as a photographer at the age of 28. Started my own photography company in 2009. Returned to school 8 years ago to broaden what I knew up to then and have been very successful for all this time.
