My key no longer worked in my front door, so I messaged FastKey. They responded quickly, and we scheduled for the next day (it was not urgent as I could get into my house through other doors). I was given an estimate time and then the technician messaged me when they were 20 min out. The work was good, they did what we needed and it ended up being a lot more complicated than anticipated. The technician was transparent about the cost of labor and the cost of parts. I had an idea of how much it was going to cost before he told me and it was within the range I expected.
