Jorge and his team were amazing, fair priced, and did quality work. They patched around 100 nail holes in a rental unit and then painted entire 2 bedroom unit. Also, patched some larger holes that required patches.

I liked the fact he holds a general contractor's license and explained thoroughly what the steps are in this process. He starts by marking out work area for utility companies to make their 811 markings. One pro never showed up after making appointment and other pro didn't mention anything about concern about gas/electric lines. Only markings have been made at this point.

The two man crew got here about a half hour after texting me. All I had to do was point them in the right direction (after sorting out what needed to be done a few days prior). They were done with replacing the gate and a single post about 4 hours later when I got back home. The workmanship was great. The gate works great. Everything was cleaned up when they left. This company is going on the Rolodex!
