Therapy and Counseling

Amy is understanding and relatable. This is the best first session I’ve ever had, and if you’ve been to therapy the first can be the toughest. She guided me to make connections within the first 30 minutes of the session. She continuously validated my feelings while giving me new ways to look at things. I will be going again!

She was great and offered to help me until someone more local to me was found.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed working with Amy. She is such a great listener, and counsels with kindness and empathy. She was so helpful to me during a pretty rough time, and I am very grateful for all of her guidance! My only complaint is that she moved away and we can't work together anymore!:).

Amy is our answer to prayer. Our granddaughter had experienced trauma as a toddler. Through Amy's heart, guidance and experience she was able to develop a relationship in which our granddaughter trusted her and looked forward to their time together. Amy guided my husband and me through some of those really chaotic times. Amy's counseling skills come not only from her education and research but from walking through life blessing her family and friends. Her heart is filled with compassion and her wisdom comes through prayer. We will forever be grateful for Amy.

I can’t begin to describe what a positive impact Amy Lindsey has had on my life! I started meeting with her when I was in the middle of a life crisis. Between my marriage falling apart and some other tragic events, everything in my world felt overwhelming. I had days where my sadness and hurt were as much as I could bear. Amy had a way of listening to each situation, acknowledging my pain, and helping me find solutions. She encouraged me to be open and honest and would hold me accountable for decisions I made. When I met her, I felt an instant rapport. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to help them find healing through difficult times or success with their life struggles. I would highly recommend Amy Lindsey as a therapist or life coach! I am so thankful that I found her during my most difficult time. She brought me hope, healing and encouraged me to make significant positive changes in my life.
