- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately I do not give quotes over the phone without seeing the home. Every job is different and each individual has different needs. I can be reached anytime and set up an appointment for an estimate at your convenience. We'll do a walk through and discuss your concerns, I also explain what my services include, and we can come up with an appropriate price to fit your needs. I do not charge by the hour, I feel that sometimes that can interfere with the thoroughness of tasks being completed knowing you are required to be done by a certain time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have also worked with various property preservation companies and completed many "trash out" properties. I maintained monthly refreshes, as well as initial one time cleanings. It required lock changes, lawn maintenance, and trash hauling, if necessary. Each property I was required to fully document the completion of these tasks.
