Shaolin Temple Kung Fu School

Introduction: We teach traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan to families, children and seniors. We have day and evening classes for all to enjoy. We have been helping the community for the past 26years in this school. We teach the Northern & Southern Shaolin for External training and the Internal Arts for Mind, Body & Spirit development. We offer programs to help maintain a balance and strength in one's core. We specialize on Acupressure and Chi Kung treatments for all kinds of soreness or sickness of the body. Classes Monday thru Saturday. The styles of External Kung Fu are as follows: * Northern Shaolin * Seven Star Praying Mantis * Tai Chi Praying Mantis * Plum Flower Praying Mantis * Arhat * Lohan * 12 Tan Tui's * Southern 5 Families * Southern 5 Animals * 18 Classical Weapons The styles of Internal are as follows: * Chen Taiji * Yang Taiji * Wu Taiji * Consolidated Systems * Cheng Baguazhang * Yin Baguazhang * Gin Yee Baguazhang * Hsing Yi * Weapons * Qigong or Chi Kung * Meditation * Massage * Readings * Energy Work * Acupressure * Moxa * Cupping Friday ONLY 9am - 12noon Lunch 1pm - 5pm. Kung Fu Clinic - $40 1/2 hour treatment Acupressure & Qigong - $40 from 4pm - 5pm Group after Qigong & Tai Chi treatment.
