Luis was professional, friendly, and highly communicative from start to finish. We had an unexpected issue with our water heater, and he responded immediately, suggesting a phone call to better understand the situation and walk us through our options. He clearly explained a same-day temporary fix as well as a next-day replacement option. Since our water heater was well past its lifespan, we chose the replacement and were happy that he was able to complete it within 24 hours. Luis and Richard were great! They were professional and got the job done. It ended up costing more than anticipated once they removed my at least 23-year-old toilet, but they showed me the reason and it appeared to be valid. They were accommodating and kind, which goes a long way. I highly recommend them.
