Luis is an excellent plumber, and I couldn't be happier with his work. He replaced my garbage disposal and also installed a new clamp connecting the dishwasher to the disposal. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, while taking the time to thoroughly test everything multiple times to make sure there were no leaks. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and professionalism. He cleaned up the work area when he was finished and even took the old garbage disposal away for disposal. His customer service was outstanding—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. I was so pleased with his work that I have already scheduled another appointment for him to replace the faucets in my bathroom vanity. Another great benefit is that he can purchase replacement items, such as garbage disposals or faucets, if needed, which makes the process even more convenient. I highly recommend Luis to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional plumber.

Luis was professional, friendly, and highly communicative from start to finish. We had an unexpected issue with our water heater, and he responded immediately, suggesting a phone call to better understand the situation and walk us through our options. He clearly explained a same-day temporary fix as well as a next-day replacement option. Since our water heater was well past its lifespan, we chose the replacement and were happy that he was able to complete it within 24 hours. Throughout the process, Luis was transparent about the work, pricing, and expectations. We’ll gladly hire him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
