- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thompson Appliance has a standard $49.00 Initial Service Call fee. This includes an overall evaluation and diagnosis of the problem. Often times we can and will fix it right then. Any parts that may be required would be an additional cost.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers are the local communities of Lompoc. Home Owners, Landlords, Tenants, Property Managers and Management Company's.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Appliance problems often occur at times when we need them the most. To get the situation fixed as quickly as possible be prepared when making that first call. Have a Model Number ready. Describe the problem as best you can. Let us know the best time for you to have a technician visit. It's the little things that tend to get in the way. The more the Technician knows of the problem prior to arriving the better prepared he will be when he arrives.
