Introduction
The "farm to table" concept is what everyone in the industry aspires to. Living on the Central Coast makes that aspiration a reality. Having been a professional chef of more than 20 years, I've created diverse menus for a number of companies and restaurants. My work in pastry as well has furthered my knowledge and my offering as a professional chef. Becoming a personal chef just seemed like a natural progression. I equate it to cooking for the family.
