- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not so much a complicated pricing system...just wanted to state that my prices are based on 90 minutes, not an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by doing a thorough evaluation with the client. This allows me to have a complete understanding of your pet and the issues you are facing, as well as being able to provide you the best information and protocol to help your pets specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Animal Behavior College. I also attend Behavioral & Training conferences & I belong to training & behavioral associations. I am always reading the latest science on training & behavior and never do I think I know everything...there is always something to learn. My job is often a learning experience as well.
