It was great working with Sue. We have implemented some of the changes she suggested. now we are able to leave our two dogs out in the house while we are away without any barking issues.

Sue was prompt and VERY courteous and knowledgeable. She was entirely open to my need to relay all the pertinent history of the dog, and listened carefully to it all. She worked with me as best she could in the time we had, which was generous (she allowed 2 hours). My dog, who can be hesitant, warmed to her VERY quickly - which is rare - it shows she knows dogs and canine behavior. I **WOULD** reccommend!

We had our first session with Susan today. It went so well. I was so worried about introducing a Shiba Inu to our cats, as I knew they could get aggressive. We learned a lot, developed a good and safe process for getting them used to each other that I know we can manage on our own, and felt very safe the entire time. Susan is extremely knowledgeable and very willing to share her knowledge. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Sue was absolutely excellent! She provided a wonderful two hour session, in our home (where our dog would be most comfortable), and continuously provides updates and assistance via email. Our dog, Penelope, loved Sue and learned from her so quickly! Highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not so much a complicated pricing system...just wanted to state that my prices are based on 90 minutes, not an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by doing a thorough evaluation with the client. This allows me to have a complete understanding of your pet and the issues you are facing, as well as being able to provide you the best information and protocol to help your pets specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Animal Behavior College. I also attend Behavioral & Training conferences & I belong to training & behavioral associations. I am always reading the latest science on training & behavior and never do I think I know everything...there is always something to learn. My job is often a learning experience as well.
