I have done 2 challenges with Ally and Forme Fitness over the past few months. I love being able to have a full body workout broken down perfectly throughout the week right in my own living room. The way the workouts progress weekly is thought out perfectly and the fact that I can interact with a group of like minded and motivated women on the private FB forum is such a huge bonus. I never have any trouble contacting my trainer and she checks up with each of her clients regularly. The weekly challenges and prizes are just an extra way for her to say “have fun!” I’m excited and ready for the next challenge starting tomorrow!! Thanks Ally!!

I started FORME Fitness as rehab for my injured shoulder and hip. As my injuries got better, we regrouped, talked about my goals and transitioned into a strength training/weight loss program. She’s great about listening to what you have to say about your body - how you feel, what hurts, which exercises aggravates where - and adjusting your exercises as needed. If you have any questions, she’ll answer them or research it to provide you with the correct information. I’m 6 months in and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon! I’ve already recommended her to friends interested in starting an exercise program.

I don’t even know where to begin! Ally has just been amazing, I feel like I have a totally new perspective on health and wellness after the last 6 months of training. From the beginning I could really tell I was working with someone that cared about helping me to learn and actually enjoy working out. From nutrition to sleep there really hasn’t been anything left out of our approach to getting me to a healthier place. We also started incorporating meditation recently and that took the benefits of our sessions to a whole new level. I feel so much more mindful, confident and excited for my progress. I’ve lost 30 pounds and regained so much flexibility and strength I can’t wait to see what else I can do!

I truly could not have done this 8 week summer shred challenge with anyone else but Allyson!! She is made to be a trainer! She has pushed me in ways I never thought I could. I lost 10lbs and dropped a couple inches. She showed me that whatever I set my mind to, I can achieve! Thank you Allyson for always being on time & completing the workouts with us.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, we'll get familiar with your goals and current lifestyle and health characteristics through a complimentary consultation. Our first session will include physical assessments as well as a comprehensive workout to prime the body for your training program. I'll follow up with a strategic outline to help you enter your fitness program with confidence and clarity. And from here on out we'll be working through your individually tailored program with monthly check-ins and progress reports to consistently monitor our progression towards your goals!

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    In 2020 I created a Digital 28-Day fitness challenge to foster a space for clients to come and enjoy a strategic fitness plan online with daily classes, a sense of community, and friendly competition. There have been some amazing transformations and lasting connections.
