We had a great experience with Christian from Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Long Beach. We scheduled a non-emergency appointment for a clogged shower drain at my Dad's house in Seal Beach, and the office asked what time worked best for us. We requested the next morning around 9 AM, and they gave us a 9:00–9:30 arrival window. Christian arrived at 9:15 — exactly as promised.
He was friendly, professional, and honest from the start. He even let us know about their $79 drain special they were running, which we really appreciated. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and he was in and out in about a half hour.
Mr. Rooter was highly recommended to us by a friend who had recently used them, and now I completely understand why. I definitely thanked my friend afterward! We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend Christian and the team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Mr. Rooter came quickly when we had a plumbing crisis on a Saturday afternoon. Christian, our plumber, was great! He took time to properly assess everything, explained what the issue was, and took care of the problem. He never rushed, even when the service call ran long. We had a toilet that would not flush, and this has happened a couple of times. After clearing the commode, the water was running very slowly and not filling completely. It was recommended to reseat the toilet. It now works terrific. Cost was reasonable plumber was thorough and very easy to understand what was happening.
