- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Twilight Movers believes in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. Our rates are based on the number of professional movers needed for your move and the time required to complete the job. Many essential moving supplies and services are included, such as moving blankets, shrink wrap, tape, dollies, basic tools, and furniture disassembly and reassembly when needed. We explain applicable charges and our driving-time policy before the move so customers know what to expect. We also offer cash and Zelle pricing, as well as credit card payment options. Every move is different, so we recommend contacting us with the details of your move for accurate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning the details of the move, including the pickup and delivery locations, home size, stairs or elevators, heavy or specialty items, and the customer's preferred moving date. Once we understand the move, we recommend the appropriate crew size and explain our rates, policies, and what is included. After the customer is ready to move forward, we reserve the moving date and provide confirmation. On moving day, our crew contacts the customer before arrival, reviews the job, protects the furniture and property, and gets to work. Our goal is to keep the entire process organized, efficient, and straightforward from the first call until the last item is placed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in the professional moving industry. Twilight Movers has been serving customers since 2017, and our crews are trained in proper furniture handling, wrapping and protection techniques, loading and unloading, safe lifting, truck organization, and furniture disassembly and reassembly. Moving is a hands-on profession where experience matters. Over the years, we have handled moves of many different sizes and learned how to protect customers' belongings while completing moves safely and efficiently.
